I will be watching, in fact I will be staring!! October 2. 0, 2. 01. Well, William's birthday was tough. My wife and I sat and just talked about things.

We talked about how long it seems sometimes since we lost William but how fresh things are in our minds. Sometimes it feels like yesterday but other times it seems so long ago since we have seen William. I know that it is going on 6 years since he was taken from us.

It was called "Prisons in America". It chronicaled a young man who was sent to prison. He was intimidated when his cell mate noticed that the kid's mother posted money into his account as soon as hearrived. The cell mate told him to buy a tv for him. The kid said his mom did not give him the money for things like that. The cell mate told him that his protection came at a price, a TV or sexual favors. The kid freaked out and went ..

He had anaweful time there and got a transfer to another prison. That prison had prisoners that watched the new prisoners closely and reported to the top gang member of the prison.

They looked for weaknesses and soon discovered the kids mom giving him allthe money that he asked for. It did not take long before he was once again extorted for money and sex.

I watched the whole time thinking, "This is Ponce's future". I hope. Mom's help will be his undoing then. August 2. 9,2. 01. I am glad that so many people have been made aware of Christopher Ponce.

Monday 8/2. 8/1. 7 is Ponce's next hearing. We hope that either the judge willset a trial date or Ponce will realize his responsibilty and change his plee to guilty. We will be sure to update everyone after the hearing. We will getjustice for William. There is also new developments in the investigation of those who gave Ponce aid and assistance.

We will give an update on that at the appropriate time. June 2. Ponce had his latest hearing yesterday. Onceagain it was good to see himin shackles and good to see him an orange jumpsuit. He looked down the whole time. Since Lynn and I were sitting right behindhis family, (they chose that location, not us) He wouldn't even look at them because we were right there.

They cut  off his man bun off and trimmed his beard. I guess they were trying to clean him up like the last time, in an effort to make him not look like the sub- human that he is. Once again his family would not say anything or do anything that showed remorse. Neither did their useless son/brother/boyfriend.

I wonder if his girlfriend knows about his female victims. Probably not. Anyway. The attorneys' were instructed to begin deposing witnesses. The next hearing is scheduled for August 2. At that time we are assuming that there will be a trial date set at that time. We are making progress.

June 1. 1, 2. 01. Less than a month until his next hearing date. My wife and I already havethe day off from work and are looking forward to it. The press is contactingme asking questions about the hearing. I tell them that there is not muchthat I can tell them but they should show up just in case. They will be there.

Someday Ponce's face and name will be synonomous with drunk trash, andhis accomplices who do not cooperate with the investigation will be heldaccountable for their actions too. I can't wait.
